All orders are placed directly on the official Chogan Group SPA platform via the referral links provided. Belluxa.fr acts as a consulting intermediary and does not directly process payments.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery is handled by Chogan Group SPA from Italy. Delivery times and costs are defined by Chogan when finalizing your order.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. See our Return Policy.
