All orders are placed directly on the official Chogan Group SpA platform via the provided referral links. Belluxa.fr acts as an intermediary consultant and does not directly process payments.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery is handled by Chogan Group SpA from Italy. Delivery times and costs are defined by Chogan when you finalize your order.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. See our Return Policy.
