Belluxa.fr is an official partner showcase of Chogan Group SPA (Italy). As orders are placed directly on the Chogan platform, returns and refunds are fully managed by Chogan Group SPA, in accordance with their policy and European legislation.

⏳ Withdrawal Period

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Once the return is validated by Chogan Group SPA, the refund is processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective product or error.
