Belluxa.fr is an official partner showcase of Chogan Group SPA (Italy). Since orders are placed directly on the Chogan platform, returns and refunds are entirely managed by Chogan Group SPA, in accordance with their policy and European legislation.

โณ Withdrawal Period

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

  • The original packaging must be intact and unopened
  • The product must not have been damaged

Once the return is validated by Chogan Group SPA, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error.
