⏳ Withdrawal period
In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
💳 Refunds
Once the return has been validated by Chogan Group SpA, the refund will be issued within 14 working days via the original payment method. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or error.
