⏳ Withdrawal period
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Once the return is validated by Chogan Group SpA, the refund is made within 14 working days via the original payment method. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or error.
