💡 Usage tips

Balsamic ointment: pour 5 to 10 drops into a neutral cream, mix and massage onto the chest up to 3 times a day, covering with a warm woolen cloth, in case of bronchitis and nasal congestion. For a more intense effect, pour a few drops directly onto the chest and massage until fully absorbed.
Balsamic solution: for sinusitis and headaches, apply a few drops to the forehead or mix a few drops with cold/hot water to create a compress and apply it to the forehead, temples, or chest.
Fumigation: pour 10 to 20 drops into a small pot of boiling water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapors.
Diffusion: add 6–7 drops to 300 ml of water in the radiator bowl or a diffuser. For instant use, pour 2 to 3 drops onto a handkerchief and inhale the balsamic vapors.

⚠️ Warnings

Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 3 years old. Not recommended in case of seizure disorders, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, or allergies to essential oils. For external use only — do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor. Before use, perform a test on the elbow crease. Do not vaporize in steam inhalers or nebulizers. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Slight color variations are an indication of the natural character of the components. Avoid release into the environment.
