Lavandin / Lavandula oil/extract — excellent calming and sedative

💡 Usage Tips

Topical use: apply 1 to 2 drops on the temples to relieve nervous tension. Can also be applied to the neck, wrists, or any other part of the body where its release provides a sense of peace and well-being.
Massage lotion: for muscle aches and tension, combine a few drops with carrier vegetable oils or body creams.
Cleansing solution: add 3 to 4 drops to a shower gel with a refreshing or toning action.
Facial cleanser: dilute a few drops in your facial cleanser to tone and brighten the skin.
Room diffusion: add 6 to 7 drops per 300 ml of water to a radiator humidifier or diffuser. Or mix 200 g of potpourri with a few drops, adjusting according to desired strength.

⚠️ Warnings

Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 3 years old. Not recommended for those with convulsive disorders, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, or allergies to essential oils. Avoid prolonged use. Do not use within 24 hours before sun exposure (photosensitizing). For external use only — do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor. Before use, perform a patch test on the inner elbow. Do not spray in steam inhalers or nebulizers. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Slight variations in color are an indication of the natural character of the components. Avoid release into the environment.
