💡 Directions for use

Bath solution: pour 10 drops into bathwater, emulsify by shaking vigorously, then immerse yourself for 10 minutes.
For colds: pour 2 to 3 drops onto a tissue and press to your nose for a balsamic effect. Or pour 10 to 20 drops into a basin of boiling water and cover your head with a towel.
For muscle and joint pain: massage the painful area with 10 drops, 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Can also be used before and after sports activity on arms, legs, and feet.
For headaches: massage temples and forehead with a few drops.
For hair: pour 5 to 6 drops onto dry hair, rub lightly, and comb. Helps with dandruff and nourishes damaged and devitalized hair.
Compresses: mix a few drops with cold water (fever, inflammation) or hot water (rheumatism, back pain). Re-wet and reapply as the cloth warms or dries out.
Facial cleanser: dilute a few drops in your cleanser to restore tone and radiance to the dermis.
Room diffusion: add 6 to 7 drops per 300 ml of water to a humidifier on a radiator. Or mix 200 g of potpourri with a few drops to achieve the desired aroma.

⚠️ Warnings

Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children under 3 years old. Not recommended for seizure disorders, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, or allergies to essential oils. Avoid prolonged use. Do not use within 24 hours before sun exposure (photosensitizing). For external use only — do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor. Perform a patch test on the crook of your elbow before use. Do not spray into steam inhalers or nebulizers. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Slight color variations are an indication of the natural character of the components. Avoid release into the environment.
